General info
- Please, write in a clear and nice manner and provide clear references;
- Payments should be done upfront;
- Please, check with me all the relevant details of your commission beforehand;
- No minors
Process and Alterations
- You're allowed to change the commission as long as I haven't started on the sketch;
- My process consists of the following stages: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, Shading. You can do any alterations you need during the sketch stage. After the sketch, try to keep the changes relevant to the stage I'm currently working;
- You will receive pictures of all the stages above. I'll only start working on the next stage once you approved the one I sent you;
- If I have missed something such as markings or specific details that we discussed, you are more than welcome to notify me and I will fix them at no cost.
Deadlines
- Commission time span can vary between two and four weeks after the payment. It can be longer depending on the complexity of the work (You will be notified beforehand, if you think it's necessary);
- If I have any delay due to unpredictable events, you will also be notified;
- If you need your commission done in less than two weeks or for any specific date, you must tell me when you order. In these cases, a priority fee may be applied.
Copyright
- I reserve the full rights to reproduce the art as I see fit (unless asked for a private piece). Credit for the character design will be given to you;
- Private pieces have an additional fee;
- You can repost the artwork wherever you like, as long as proper credit is given;
- You have non-commercial rights over the artwork. For commercial rights, please, contact me beforehand.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Please, notify me as soon as possible if needing to cancel a commission. We'll work out a refund based on how much has been done;
- Once the commission start the shading stage or is completed, there will be no refund.
